Your data is used to: provide personalized workout routines, analyze gym photos for equipment detection, improve the service and user experience, and account-related communications. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Photo & Video Processing
Gym photos and videos are processed by our AI solely to detect fitness equipment. Images are stored securely on AWS S3 with encryption. We do not use your photos to train AI models or share them with third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely in encrypted databases. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We use HTTPS for all data transmissions. Access to user data is strictly controlled and monitored.
5. Third-Party Services
We use: AWS S3 for photo storage, Stripe for payment processing (they process payment data directly; we do not store your card details), and AI services for equipment analysis and routine generation.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and all associated data, export your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent to data processing at any time.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and site functionality. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect site functionality.
8. Children
Gym Nomad is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.
