2. Service Description
Gym Nomad is an AI-powered fitness platform that analyzes gym photos to detect equipment and generates personalized workout routines. The service includes image analysis, routine generation, workout timer, and profile features.
3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
Gym Nomad is NOT a medical, physiotherapy, or certified personal training service. The workout routines generated are created by artificial intelligence and have NOT been reviewed by a healthcare professional.
You MUST consult your physician or a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions, injuries, physical limitations, or are pregnant.
The user acknowledges that performing physical activity carries inherent risks of injury. Gym Nomad is NOT responsible for any injuries, damages, or health issues arising from the use of the generated routines.
The AI may not correctly detect all equipment or may generate exercises not suitable for your fitness level. It is YOUR responsibility to evaluate each exercise before performing it and to skip any you consider dangerous or inappropriate.
BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK AND RELEASE GYM NOMAD FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURIES OR HEALTH ISSUES.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. AI-Generated Content
Workout routines and equipment analyses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content. Users should exercise their own judgment when following any routine.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged according to the selected billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
All app code, design, and content belong to Gym Nomad. Your photos, profile data, and saved routines remain your property. You grant Gym Nomad a limited license to process your photos solely for equipment analysis purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Gym Nomad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to personal injuries, loss of data, or business interruption.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on the site. Continued use of the service after posting constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
